- Frozen Organic Tropical Fruit Mix
- (Or Frozen Mango, Pineapple and bananas)
- 1 cup of Protein Nut Milk/ Almond Milk (or milk of your choice)
- Coconut shavings
- Banana Slices
- Fresh Kiwi
- Fresh Pineapple
- Place all smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth but not until it's too thin, keep it a thick consistency.
- Stop and stir occasionally and if needed add more liquid.
- Pour the smoothie out into a bowl and top as desired!
